Order confirmation – You’ll get an email straight after purchase. Double-check details and contact us ASAP if anything looks wrong.

Processing time – Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. (During busy periods, this may take a little longer.)

Tracking – As soon as your order leaves us, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Accuracy matters: Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. We can’t take responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.

Multiple addresses: At this time, we can only deliver to one address per order. Please place separate orders if you need multiple delivery locations.
