CBD food and food-supplement products are intended for adults. The Food Standards Agency does not recommend CBD for people in vulnerable groups unless under medical direction. This includes under-18s, people taking medication, those trying to conceive, and those who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Strength may be shown as total milligrams in the container, milligrams per serving, a percentage, or a combination of these. These measurements are not interchangeable, so check the product page and label carefully.
For CBD food products, the FSA currently advises healthy adults not to consume more than 10mg CBD per day in total. Treat this as the recommended maximum daily intake, not a target. Consider CBD from all food and food-supplement sources rather than treating each product separately.
