Use Your Dispatch Email
The dispatch email contains the secure order-status or courier link when tracking is supplied. Shopify may ask you to verify the order number and checkout email or telephone number.
- Check the inbox and junk folder for the address used at checkout.
- Open the dispatch or shipping-confirmation email from The CBD Hut.
- Select the secure order-status or courier-tracking link.
- Order details remain behind Shopify verification
- Guest checkout links work from the order emails
- Courier tracking appears after dispatch when supplied
