How To Use

For Matcha, whisk ½–1 teaspoon with a small amount of warm water at around 70–80°C until smooth, then add more water or milk. For Ube drinks, mix one teaspoon with a little warm water before topping up with warm or cold milk. Use 1–2 teaspoons of Ube in suitable baking or dessert recipes and adjust to taste.
